Your appointment is secured only after you complete the appropriate booking process and pay the required booking fee. A conversation, inquiry or tentative date does not reserve time on the calendar.

The booking fee is applied toward your overall service total. It protects both your time and ours by reserving dedicated space on the calendar for your project.

Once paid, the booking fee reserves time that can no longer be offered to another client. It also covers the early administrative and preparation work required to begin your project.

The fee is credited toward your final balance, but it is non-refundable if you cancel, change your mind or are unable to move forward.

Yes. StoryWrks is based in Wichita, Kansas, and travel is available. Travel fees are determined by the project location and distance and will be included in your custom quote before you book.

• Choose a Content WRK Day when you want intentional strategy, planned filming and approximately four to six weeks of finished content that is fully edited and ready to use.
• Choose a Content Creation Session when you already know what you want to promote and need StoryWrks to professionally capture the photos and videos.
• Choose Photography for birthdays, events, branding, products or other photo-focused projects.
• Choose a Strategy Session when you need a roadmap, campaign alignment, content direction, clarity or time to pick Tiayla's brain.

Raw-file delivery depends on the service. Content Creation Sessions include organized, usable video clips along with the edited deliverables listed in the package. Your proposal or booking details will clearly explain exactly what is included for every other service.

Yes. Depending on the service, available add-ons may include posting management, rush delivery, extended filming and additional revisions. We can help you choose the support that makes the most sense for your timeline and goals.
